fm.Ninja is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the service
  • Upload malicious code or content
  • Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to fm.Ninja. We do not claim any ownership rights to your content. You grant us a limited license to use your data solely to provide the service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability, and we will provide advance notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, fm.Ninja shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days. After this period, your data may be deleted.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
